After setting up the main game's UI and wrapping up most of the design work (with some elements pending completion), I shifted focus to crafting the UI for a fresh game mode known as the Leaf League. This mode would essentially be a Beauty Contest, where players could showcase their NFT plants for others to vote on. The top three plants with the most votes would snag 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Trophies, all linked to the respective plant's NFT. This not only offers players bragging rights for nurturing a unique and eye-catching plant but also enhances the NFT's value, offering both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation for players. I also added transition animations to the UI for a responsive and aesthetically pleasing experience.
