A Torbe is a bush that is alive! Its both michevious and a coward so imagine the egg theives in Spyro but in bush form!

Golden Wisps are creature that the player can capture to use as light by trapping them in a lantern and force them to light your wa... hmmm... Yeah, saying it out loud... we might need to rethink this idea but hey! I made some concepts for it!

These Items have a dual function of producting a dim radial glow around the player so they can see in the dark. But additionally if you reconfigure the lantern to focus the light into a beam that make it harder to see around you but is useful for puzzles

Early visualisation of mana syphoning. Mana Syphoning I a game mechanic that has the player syphon mana from surrounding organic life in order to cast powerful magic.

Transportation, flying on a broom sounds like a lot of fun for a game however it requires a large open world to explore first and like in Hogwarts legacy it can make the world feel much smaller unlocked so we for now have left it out.

Towards the End of my time at Humble Sage Games I also contributed on the early stages of an in house project called Thicket. A fantacy survival game based in an enchanted fae world. I helped to concept some early creature designs, tools and key items, as well as other things we would need for grant applications and early prototypes etc.
