Overview
===============================
I worked with Catalyst XR to create an interactive Mixed Reality (MR) experience allowing the public to visualize and shape the future of South Australia’s transportation sector. Users interacted with a "choice bar" to rank their preferences, such as greener transport, interconnected regions, or drone delivery systems. These choices dynamically altered a virtual scale-model diorama, presenting one of 20 possible speculative futures based on their input.

Key Responsibilities & Workflow
===============================
-------------------------------------
- Team Leadership:
-------------------------------------
As the lead of a four-person 3D team, I established the asset creation pipeline and file-sharing protocols. I implemented a modular workflow, breaking the dioramas into five "extreme" possibility pillars. By swapping components based on data percentages, we efficiently generated 20 unique outcomes without building 20 separate environments.
-------------------------------------
- Asset Creation:
-------------------------------------
I was responsible for the "Suburban" region, the largest and most asset-heavy biome. I leveraged my speed to build a central library of assets (foliage, vehicles, infrastructure) shared across all team members to ensure visual consistency and efficiency.
-------------------------------------
- Urban Planning Accuracy:
-------------------------------------
My personal knowledge of public transport logistics allowed me to design realistic road layouts and vehicle access ways. During client review, my region was the only one requiring no structural revisions regarding road logic, a testament to the attention to detail in urban planning.
Adaptability Mid-project, a team member had to depart unexpectedly. Because I had established a robust manual file-exchange system early in the project (to bypass the learning curve of complex version control for short-term contractors), I was able to seamlessly access their files and take over the "Industrial" region alongside my own workload, ensuring the project met its deadline.
